Cleaning pre-bid sediment and FOG (fats, oils, and greases) inspection
Responder provides accurate pipe sediment volume and sediment location within the submerged portions of a pipe. The on board Turret Scan allows for debris modeling below the flow and is a cost effective way to eliminate by-passing and dewatering to inspect submerged sections of the pipe. This information can be used to prioritize areas for cleaning and to determine the extent of sewer cleaning operations required.
Pre Bid Pipe Rehabilitation Specification Development
Responder can be deployed prior to pipe rehabilitation to determine the areas that need rehabilitation, how to conduct the pipe rehabilitation, and what types of damages are being repaired. Items such as obstacles and laterals can be identified and located. This deployment can also serve as a baseline for post bid scope verification. The specification can be generated for processes such as CIPP, Fold and Form, Pipebursting, Spiral wound lining, Slip lining
Post Pipe Rehabilitation Scope Verification and Baseline Assessment
Responder can be deployed post pipe rehabilitation to verify effectiveness. The pipe’s new internal diameter can compared to the previous baseline and the pipe can be re-checked for defects before being put back into service.
