RedZone performs a CCTV inspection and produces a report using the NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) coding standards. RedZone's CCTV data is transmitted digitally using fiber optic cable to a computer in the RedZone truck. The CCTV video is sent to RedZone's headquarters where our experienced and PACP-trained engineers code the defects under senior engineering supervision.
RedZone's PACP report is sent in paper and electronics formats. The following standards are supported:
Granite XP
Flexidata
Wincan
PipeTech
Native NASSCO 4.2
Others put analog CCTV inspection video on a DVD and call it “digital." For large diameter pipe, you cannot afford any loss of video quality. With RedZone, your data stays in digital format from sensor to server.
