railcar positioner
The rail car positioner is a device for remotely moving loaded rail cars back and forth within a fissile material storage facility being constructed in Mayak, Russia. The device is a hydraulically powered, chain driven mechanism for pulling the cars in either direction. Controls are located remotely in several locations. RedZone will be responsible for taking the commercially provided positioner and assuring its successful installation into the facility.
